Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the process of applying to reserve one of the 99 units of the Metis Autoworks Neo One (“Neo One”). By submitting a reservation application, you (“Applicant”) agree to the following:

1. Reservation Process

  • Submission of the Reservation Application Form does not guarantee allocation of a Neo One.


  • Applications are reviewed by Metis Autoworks’ Allocation Committee, which retains sole discretion in approving or declining applicants.


  • Priority may be given to applicants who align with Metis Autoworks’ ownership philosophy, regional allocation strategy, and programme participation.

2. Allocation & Confirmation

  • Successful applicants will be contacted directly by Metis Autoworks to proceed with next steps, including deposit payment and contract execution.


  • Allocation is strictly limited to 99 production units worldwide.


  • Metis Autoworks reserves the right to reassign or withdraw an allocation if terms are breached.

3. Deposits & Payments

  • Upon acceptance, applicants may be required to pay a non-refundable reservation deposit to secure allocation.


  • The deposit amount, payment schedule, and final purchase price will be communicated in writing at the time of acceptance.


  • Payments must be made in accordance with the instructions provided by Metis Autoworks.

4. Ownership & Resale Restrictions

  • Applicants acknowledge that the Neo One is a limited-production vehicle and subject to resale restrictions.


  • Resale or transfer within the first 24 months of delivery is prohibited without prior written consent from Metis Autoworks.


  • Metis Autoworks reserves a first right of refusal on any proposed resale within this period.

5. Vehicle Specifications

  • Vehicle imagery, performance specifications, and features displayed on the website or marketing materials are indicative and subject to refinement.


  • Metis Autoworks may make technical or design changes during production to ensure quality, compliance, and performance.

6. Compliance & Documentation

  • Applicants may be required to provide proof of identity, proof of funds, and any additional documents for compliance checks.


  • Failure to provide required documentation may result in disqualification from the allocation process.

7. Privacy & Data Handling

  • Personal information submitted as part of the reservation process will be collected, used, and stored in accordance with the Neo One Privacy Policy.


  • By submitting the reservation form, you consent to Metis Autoworks processing your data for allocation purposes.

8. Liability

  • Metis Autoworks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the reservation process.


  • Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, negligence, or liability which cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.


  • Applicants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

10. Amendments

  • Metis Autoworks may update or amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on the Metis Autoworks website and will apply from the date of publication.
