Wrapped around this core is the HyperCore Safety System — a multilayered shield of sensors, structural barriers, and intelligent management software. Together, they protect not only the cells themselves, but also the driver, passengers, and vehicle as a whole.

How It Works

Energy, Perfected

At its heart, the HyperCore uses high-density cylindrical cells arranged in modular packs. These modules are embedded into a skateboard layout that doubles as part of the car’s carbon fibre chassis, lowering the centre of gravity while increasing rigidity. The result is structural integration that saves weight, improves balance, and creates a safer, stronger platform.

Each cell is surrounded by a dielectric immersion cooling medium, which actively removes heat at the point of generation. This ensures uniform thermal stability across the entire pack, extending both performance and lifespan. 

The Battery Safety System monitors every cell in real time through the Hyper OS. Intelligent fault detection isolates damaged or overheating cells instantly, preventing propagation and maintaining safe operation under all conditions. Crash structures, fire-resistant shielding, and redundant disconnects form multiple layers of protection, making the HyperCore as safe as it is powerful.
