The Aegis Monocoque™ is the structural core of the Neo One — a graphene-enhanced UHMWPE–carbon composite that combines the rigidity of carbon fibre, the toughness of UHMWPE, and the tensile strength of graphene. It forms a single, continuous shell that is lighter, stronger, and safer than conventional carbon fibre.

How It Works
Engineered at the Fibre Level
Layers of carbon fibre are precision-laid with UHMWPE strands, then reinforced with graphene to create a hybrid weave cured under extreme heat and pressure. The result is a hollow shell that is ultra-rigid, impact-absorbing, and up to 20% lighter than traditional carbon monocoques.
Every element serves multiple roles. UHMWPE adds elasticity for superior crash absorption, graphene disperses forces with unmatched efficiency, and carbon fibre locks in stiffness. The side rails protect occupants, the underbody shapes airflow, and the floor integrates seamlessly with the HyperCore battery.
This geometry and material synergy create a structure that resists flex, dampens vibration, and channels forces away from the cabin — producing both unmatched protection and total driver control.
